Getting Involved:

NEW VOLUNTEER HORSE PATROL MEMBERS:

1) To become a CT Horse Council Volunteer Horse Patrol Member, you must be a current member of the      CT Horse Council (a separate application – see membership and remember to snail mail your dues to      the address on that application).
2) Please complete the 2 applications and 1 release for the VHP Program. The CHC-VHP Release must      be notarized. 
3) Mail all completed documents to:

    Plymouth, CT 06782

Diane will contact you with additional information and next steps to qualify for this program.

CURRENT VOLUNTEER HORSE PATROL MEMBERS:

Quarterly log forms are located below.  Excel is the preferred logging system, Word Document is acceptable.  For complete list of CHC-VHP Supervisors, Coordinators and Membership, DEEP Properties & Supervisors, Private and Municipal Patrol Areas, or current maps, contact Diane Ciano or Meg Sautter, CHC-VHP Supervisors.

Two documents options are available to complete VHP logs:

Periodically the logs are updated, please be sure to check for updates or when advised.

Instructions:

1) Open, complete and save e.log form to your “C” drive by creating a VHP Log folder. Each log dianemciano@gmail.com must be correctly saved as follows; Park Name, Your Name, Qtr. (1st, 2nd, 3rd or 4th) & Year.
